Shipping Policy for Delicacy Skincare

Thank you for choosing Delicacy Skincare! We strive to provide you with the best products and service. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 12 business days from the date of shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier's service.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are standard rates determined by the carrier and will be calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we only offer shipping within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email -info@delicacyskincare.com or on Whatsapp(update soon) with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 - As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

Item Damaged

Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the damaged product delivered to you.
Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 - As soon as the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases
• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing
• The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.
